Join Fr Eamonn for a once-in-a-lifetime father and son experience of the Camino de Santiago! This profound journey is one that deepens human and spiritual relationships, develops character, and creates lasting memories. This six-day, 115 kilometer (72 mile) pilgrimage on foot traverses Spain’s most stunning countryside, and ushers you into one of the most ancient adventures of our time.

Itinerary

Saturday, March 8th:
Fly into Santiago de Compostela Airport. Bus transport to Sarria.

Sunday, March 9th:
Begin the Camino, exploring villages along the way (12.75 miles).

Monday, March 10th:
Cross over the Minho river and hike through the hills and forests of the Galicia region (16.65 miles).

Tuesday, March 11th:
Continue through the wooded paths and discover the medieval village of Ribadiso along the way (17.68 miles).

Wednesday, March 12th:
Resume the journey through quiet Spanish fields and villages, taking time to explore several iconic chapels along the way (11.5 miles).

Thursday, March 13th:
Complete the last leg of your journey with the legendary Santiago slowly rising into view (10.8 miles).

Friday, March 14th:
Experience the city of Santiago, attend the pilgrim’s mass, and receive your Compostela certificate.

Saturday, March 15th:
Depart for homeland.
